Core drill with QuickIN shaft, PROJAHN core drills in high-speed steel and high-speed-steel-cobalt quality are manufactured with a cutting depth of 30, 35 and 55 mm. The core drill is produced in full-cut technology, thus it gets a surface finish with chip flow. The PROJAHN core drills are used on mobile magnetic core drills or on stationary upright drills. High cost and time savings, because the core drill drills only one ring and not the entire drill diameter. The time savings can amount to a factor of 10, also because the elaborate preparation, such as the pre-centering and predrilling and boring are omitted. Long drill core service life due to low material stress. The guide pin is resiliently mounted and ejects the drill core. Always use the coolant and recommended speed.
