Ideal for applications up to 140F, this Schedule 40 PVC pressure pipe (IPS 1/8-24) offers excellent corrosion resistance and physical properties. It withstands most acids, bases, salts, and oxidants, with a pressure rating varying from 120 to 230 psi. Suitable for chemical processing, water systems, and other industrial uses involving corrosive fluids. Not recommended for threading or grooving; use solvent-cemented adapters instead. Avoid use with air, compressed gases, ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and aromatic solvents.
